- Application details: your CV, work experience, the positions you are interested in, and the information in your messages to us.
- Documents for your application: such as your passport, photographs, certificates and police clearance, where these are needed for a permit, visa or travel booking.

We collect personal data directly from you when you complete a form on our website, send us your CV, or contact us by WhatsApp, email or Facebook. We may also receive information from employers or authorities in connection with your application.

- assess your application and match you with suitable opportunities;
- prepare and submit permit, visa and travel applications on your behalf;

- government agencies, embassies, consulates and visa centres that process your permit or visa;
- airlines and other travel providers, when we make bookings for you; and
- service providers who support our business, such as email and data storage providers.
We do not sell your personal data.
7. International transfers
Some of the parties listed above are located outside Thailand, for example employers and authorities in the destination country. When we transfer your personal data abroad, we do so only to the extent necessary for your application and in accordance with the PDPA.
8. How long we keep your data
We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy. In general, we keep application data for up to two years after our last contact with you, unless a longer period is required by law. After that, we securely delete or anonymise it.
9. How we protect your data
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access, and we limit access to those who need it to provide our services.
10. Your rights
Under the PDPA, you have the right to:
- access your personal data and request a copy;
- request that inaccurate data is corrected;
- request the deletion or anonymisation of your data;

- request the transfer of your data, where applicable; and
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing that took place before.

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18 without the consent of a parent or guardian.
